What Is Custom Plastic Fabrication?
Custom plastic fabrication is the process of cutting, shaping, machining, welding, and forming plastic materials — including ABS, HDPE, PVC, and acrylic into parts built precisely to a customer's design or drawing.
Unlike injection moulding, which requires expensive tooling, plastic fabrication works directly with stock sheets, rods, tubes, and profiles. This makes it ideal for low-to-medium runs, prototypes, large format components, and specialised industrial applications where moulding doesn't make sense.

2. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No. We welcome single prototypes and repeat production orders. We'll advise on the most cost-effective approach for your volume.
3. How long does plastic fabrication take?
Lead times typically range from 3–10 working days depending on complexity. Rush options are available.
4. Can you fabricate to my drawing or CAD file?
Yes. We accept DXF, DWG, PDF, STEP, IGES, and SolidWorks files. We can also work from sketches or physical samples
